Happy Halloween cupcake wrapper svg

Here is a Happy Halloween cupcake wrapper that coordinates with my title/border here.  Set the height at 3.4 inches for an average cupcake.  As always, I recommend cutting test samples since your cupcakes will probably be a different size than mine.
