I was working on a file for a LO and partway through I had an interesting development with the file.  With a little extra editing this is the result.  :)

Inner scallop photo mat

Here is a photo mat proportioned for a 4×6 photo.  It includes layers so that you can cut it without the holes or cut a backing to put behind the holes.

Varied scalloped mat svg

Here is a mat with one scalloped edge that I made for a LO.  Are you tired of the scallops yet?    This one would also work nicely for a card if you extended the width for folding.
