Ribbon slider svg and a birthday card

I’m not really a card maker, but this is a card that I made for a challenge recently.  I used my eClips to print and cut the ribbon slider with Happy Birthday (see below for the svg for the slider only).

Here are a couple of hints for print and cut in eCAL.   If you want to print something in a shape without coloring the shape, simply set the fill for your shape that you want to cut to white and the stroke to none.  It will show on your virtual mat, but nothing will print unless you have a rare printer that actually prints with white ink.

If you have something like the Happy Birthday text that you want to print but not cut,  set the “cut line type” for it to Draw and then tell eCAL to skip that when you cut the file.   :)

The download is a single layer svg file for use with any version of SCAL.

My files are for personal use only.  Feel free to link to this post, but the files are not to be shared or distributed in any way.

Download the ribbon slider file here.

Good idea Heather, you can actually make three cards now because you did the embossing in three different colors! Very nice! I already have several of your ribbon sliders. Thanks!
