OWH Finishing Strong blog hop

Operation Write Home, a charity that has supported heroes with handmade cards since 2007, will be closing later this year. All cards need to be received by August 1st, so I’m helping to get the word out!

Welcome to Operation Write Home’s “Finishing Strong” Memorial Day Weekend blog hop!  The theme this year is red, white and blue cards.  I used Sketch #195 for my Love Theme card.  This year is a bit different since OWH is winding down operations and won’t accept cards after August 1st.  They will continue to send out cards through Christmas, so make sure to send them in before August!  See the post here for more information about what they need and what will happen.

I used a vintage embroidery pattern from here that I removed the stitch lines from.
