Swashy love in svg and dxf

Today was a sewing day.  I altered a pair of jeans and a sweater.  I am very happy with the jeans and OK with the sweater.  Then I started a total sweater remake, but the sleeves just wouldn’t work right.  I’ll try again tomorrow with a fresh perspective.  Fortunately, this file was made before all of the sewing.  This is a file that I made to use as a digi stamp for a Valentine card front.  I’ve also included the svg and dxf files for anyone that would like to cut it.  

The cutting file download is a zip file with a single layer svg file for use with any version of SCAL and a dxf file.  The digi stamp download has a high res png image with a transparent background so that it can be layered.

A peppermint candy digi-paper and element freebie

About a year ago I went through a phase where I was playing with patterns so that I could make my own acid-free washi tape (because most of what you buy is NOT acid free).  I think I’m past that now, but thought that I should post some of the files that are back in season.  I made a seamless pattern element and a single candy element.  The elements can be used to make your own patterns.  I’ve also made a high res paper that you can use as-is.  Let me know if anyone is interested in an Inkscape tutorial on patterns.  I think I started one, and then never posted it.  If anyone would like to see it, I can find it and finish it up.  

The element download is a zip file with two PNG image files with transparent backgrounds so that they can be layered over other elements or colors.  The paper is high res with a solid background.

Baseball print and cut cupcake wrapper

Here is a print and cut baseball cupcake wrapper that I made.  The svg file has the image embedded, so if you are using eCAL or SCAL3 simply import the file and you are good to go.  I did make a slight bleed on the image file so if you are using a program other than eCAL or SCAL3 you will center the image file with the cut file.  As always, I recommend cutting test samples since your cupcakes will probably be a different size than mine.
