Pillow box svg file

Here is a  small pillow box that I made to hold jelly beans for the kids.  The flaps with the notches should be folded in before the solid flaps.    I did not include a file without scoring lines because of the curved score lines.

Seashell or scalloped box revisited

Here is my seashell box in SVG, PDF, and AI formats.  🙂  The PDF is a vector PDF so it can be imported into a cutting program or can be used for printing and hand cutting.   The files will make a box that is approximately 3″H x 3.5″W x 1.5″D when the file is imported at 4″ tall for the SVG and AI files and 9.1 inches for the PDF.

The download includes a layered svg file for use with SCAL2 and a single layer svg file, layered AI file, and a PDF. These files are for personal use only.

Candy wrapper box svg file repost

I am reposting this box since I think that I made the original files with Inkscape 0.48 and I have learned since then that there are compatibility issues with SCAL1 and MTC.  I have fixed and successfully imported the layered file with lines for scoring in the current version of MTC and the single layer file (without score lines) in SCAL1.   The files make a box that is 2×1.25×1.25 inches (not counting the ends) when the file is set to 4.5 inches tall.

I closed the box two different ways.  The first box I closed by pushing in on each scored triangle and tying ribbon around the box ends.  The second box I only pushed in on two of the triangles and used brads to hold the ends closed.  Other options include using a strong adhesive or decorative clips or staples.

Candy wrapper box

Here is a candy wrapper box svg by request.  One file has a layer for scoring and the other is a single layer file.  The files make a box that is 2×1.25×1.25 inches (not counting the ends) when the file is set to 4.5 inches tall.
